1. PLATINUM MAINTENANCE PROGRAM Full coverage on site repair

• Our special trained technicians will go to your office or home.
• There are no additional Time & Material charges.
• Includes routine preventive maintenance service.
• Parts will be replaced as needed with no additional cost to customer.
  

2. GOLD MAINTENANCE PROGRAM: Limited coverage on site repair

• Our special trained technician will go to your office or home.
• There are no additional labor charges.
• Includes routine preventive maintenance service.
• Parts will be replaced as needed when authorized and charged to customer.

3. SILVER MAINTENANCE PROGRAM:  Full coverage depot repair

• Customer will bring machine into our depot repair center for service.
• There are no additional Time & Material Charges.
• Includes routine preventive maintenance service.
• Parts will be replaced as needed with no additional cost to customer.

4. COPPER MAINTENANCE PROGRAM:  Limited coverage depot repair

• Customer will bring machine to our depot repair center for service.
• There are no additional labor charges.
• Includes routine preventive maintenance service.
• Parts will be replaced as needed when authorized and charged to customer.

Time & Material Options

• Our special trained technician will go to your office or home.
• Time is billed with a one hour minimum including travel one way.
• Parts are replaced as needed when authorized and charged to customer.

DEPOT TIME & MATERIAL     

• Customer will bring machine into our depot repair center.
• Time is billed at a flat repair rate.
• Parts are replaced as needed when authorized and charged to customer.
